It is hard to pin point but if I had to pick 1 I would say: The database is awesome in so many ways. We can instantly pull up a customer and all the info that was attached to his job so it can be duplicted (art specs, what type of product was ordered ect) and the work order design detail is simply great.

Even if you have issues the customer support is great.

Invoice and Quoting, It takes a few minutes to put together a quote but once it is their the whole process is done! One more mouse click and I have an invoice ready for the customer. That portion alone is what killed us in the pre- fast manager days.

We find the simple features are the biggest time savers. Our favorites are the full price catalogs imported from most all distributers, the ability to send email directly from the program, and the ability to clearly and accurately put multiple decoration methods on the same invoice without loss of clarity.

The great thing about Fast Manager is you only have to use as much of the program as your comfortable with. If you don't want to track inventory, you don't have to. But if you do, that feature is available to you at any time. Plus, the people at Fast Manager really listen to the requests of their customers. If you'd like a new feature added, your comments are seriously considered when the new updates are released.

Departments didn't know what and when each segment of a job was going to be done. For example, an order comes in it needed to be ordered (someone then needed to inventory it and needed paperwork), art work as needed, so information needed to get from sales to the art dept. From the art dept., screen printing or embroidery needed to know what art work went on what garments. Fast Manager is allowing us to communicate with other departments without missing a beat.

FastManager shouldn't only be looked at as a pricing program, or a scheduling program, but an overall usable archive of the companies customer base. The scheduling feature! It saves us a lot of time. We have one women who puts in all of our orders and she put in 45 orders in one 7 hr. day. She made a comment the other day, "If it gets any easier I will be out of a job". LOL!

All the screens are self explanatory. If you do have a question....you can move your cursor over the button and it will tell you what the button does.

We have been using Fast Manager since the beginning of time. We looked around before we got the "New" Fast Manager and we couldn't find anything that compared to it. We love all the updates. Everytime we think we have it all, you guys come up with new update to make it faster and easier. WE LOVE IT!

Quotations for sure. It is so simple and saves a ton of time with double entry. Customers love leaving with a copy of the quote. #2 is the Quickbooks Integration tool. This is very powerful and will prove very important in the future when I need to pull reports.

The interface is its greatest asset. Very friendly and easy to train on.
